Join Friends of the Dillon Ranger District (FDRD) and help protect, maintain, and enhance the White River National Forest!
Ways to Get Involved:
🌿 Forest Stewardship Programs/Projects – Maintain trails, promote forest health, and restore habitats.
🚶 Ranger Patrolling & Visitor Services – Assist visitors at the front desk or on the trails.
🌎 Education & Community Programs – Support outdoor education and community outreach.
🎉 Fundraising Events – Help organize and run events that support our mission.
Get Started:
- Sign Up: Click on "Sign up now" button for program you like to sign up for. Enter your first name and email to create your volunteer profile. If not already registered, you will be asked some additional contact information. This will give you access to sign up for specific programs and available volunteer shifts.
- Explore Opportunities: Once registered, you can browse and sign up for a variety of volunteer activities—stewardship programming, fundraising events and more.
- Complete Required Training: Some programs may require a brief training session or orientation. We’ll provide all the details after you sign up.
Returning volunteers can either click "sign up now" button to sign up for more volunteers shifts or click "Access my Volunteer Profile" Button to access your volunteer profile.
