Hike With a Ranger

Hike With a Ranger volunteers lead engaging, interpretive hikes on Copper Mountain’s scenic trails. Volunteers guide visitors through a high-alpine environment, sharing insights about local wildflowers, wildlife, history, geology, and more—all while taking in breathtaking mountain views.

Saturday hikes are family-friendly and bilingual--thanks to a new partnership with Mountan Dreamers--offering an inclusive and accessible experience for a wide range of participants. Sunday hikes provide a longer-format adventure for those looking to explore deeper into the alpine landscape.

Hike With a Ranger leaders are invited into the program. If you are interested in leading these tours, please contact maddie@fdrd.org.
